Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Perform daily quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping or storage.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency throughout the facility.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks accurately using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor as required.
- Process and package orders with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Minneapolis facility.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
