Responsibilities
- Perform safe and efficient loading, unloading, and staging of materials and products.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage, reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to 5S standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Complete necessary paperwork, including time logs and inventory reports, accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or material handling is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
