Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a high degree of professionalism.
- Resolve complex customer issues by troubleshooting problems and providing accurate solutions.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer data in our internal database systems.
- Process transactions and handle returns or exchanges according to company policy.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Provide feedback to management regarding common customer concerns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we offer training for the right candidates.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
