Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash, credit, and debit cards.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and inviting.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries and checking stock levels.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid government-issued ID and social security card.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Basic math skills required for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
