Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technical strategy to support the company’s goals through 2026 and beyond.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee the research and development of cutting-edge technologies, including machine learning models and quantum algorithms.
- Team Architecture: Build, scale, and mentor a diverse, high-performing engineering team across multiple time zones.
- Technology Stack: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for investors, board members, and executive leadership.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure system scalability, security, and reliability across all deployed products.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CTO/VP of Engineering).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and data architecture.
- Future Tech Experience: Demonstrated experience with emerging technologies such as neural networks, quantum computing, or holographic UI development.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale budgets.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
