Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts expected to define the landscape of 2026 and the following decade.
- Develop and articulate a compelling 2026 Vision Strategy, translating complex future scenarios into actionable business goals.
- Advise the C-Suite and Board of Directors on long-term implications of disruptive technologies, including generative AI, biotechnology, and quantum computing.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential threats by monitoring global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence.
- Collaborate with product and R&D teams to prototype and pilot forward-looking concepts that align with our 2026 objectives.
- Communicate complex future-forward concepts to diverse stakeholders, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and futurist organizations to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and successfully guiding organizations through periods of significant change.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, machine learning, and automation, with the ability to assess their commercial viability.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize vast amounts of data into clear, strategic narratives and actionable roadmaps.
- Experience in the technology, consulting, or advanced manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.
- Strong network within the global innovation and tech ecosystem.
- Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Physics, Computer Science) is a plus.
