Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of physicists, cryptographers, and software engineers.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in languages like Qiskit, Cirq, or Python with CUDA integration.
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of patenting or publishing novel algorithms in high-impact journals.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performance technical teams.
