Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define the high-level architecture and technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- System Design: Lead the end-to-end design of complex distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native solutions using industry best practices.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor and develop a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype and evaluate emerging technologies such as AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3 to integrate into our core platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee system reliability, performance monitoring, and security protocols to maintain 99.99% uptime.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role at a fast-paced tech company.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern languages (Python, Java, Go) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
