Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for 2026 enterprise needs.
- Design novel neural architectures that improve model efficiency and accuracy by 40%+.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions into high-traffic production environments.
- Stay at the forefront of academic literature, adapting cutting-edge findings into practical applications.

- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model validation to ensure ethical and safe AI deployment.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Kubernetes) for large-scale training.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, safety protocols, and responsible AI guidelines.
