Responsibilities

- Develop ethical frameworks for AI deployment ensuring alignment with 2026 societal standards
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize classical and quantum algorithms
- Secure $5M+ in research grants through compelling technical proposals and thought leadership
- Mentor PhD researchers and interns in advanced AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Published research in NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent tier-1 AI conferences
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and neural optimization
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 100K+ parameter model deployment
- Demonstrated success in securing government or corporate research funding
- Strong background in AI ethics and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) preferred
