Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced ML algorithms for next-gen autonomous systems

- Develop ethical frameworks for advanced AI deployment in regulated sectors

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of applied research in machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks
- Published papers at NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent conferences
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, or D-Wave)
- Strong background in ethics and responsible AI development
