Responsibilities
- Design and deploy novel transformer architectures with < 1ms inference latency
- Lead quantum-AI fusion projects leveraging D-Wave systems
- Develop ethical bias mitigation frameworks for autonomous systems
- Author 3+ patents/year in neuromorphic computing domains
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in computational neuroscience
- Interface with DARPA and NASA on quantum-ML initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML from top-tier institution (MIT/Stanford/CMU preferred)
- 5+ years publishing at NeurIPS/ICML with h-index >15
- Expertise in PyTorch 2.0+ and quantum computing SDKs
- Proven track record in deploying production-grade LLMs
- Knowledge of EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Fluency in Rust for high-performance model deployment
