Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/ML or equivalent industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum-AI fusion
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum SDKs (Qiskit)
- 5+ years in AI safety/alignment frameworks
- Experience with ISO 42001 compliance implementation
