Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural architectures for next-generation autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum-ML fusion and explainable AI
- Develop ethical frameworks for bias mitigation in large-scale AI deployments
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into production-ready solutions
- Author white papers and patents positioning InnovateAI as 2026 technology thought leader
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Secure $1-5M in government/private research grants annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years of applied research in deep learning, reinforcement learning, or NLP
- Publication record in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, CVPR, ICLR)
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Proven experience deploying AI systems at scale (>100M users)
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible AI development
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with quantum computing or neuromorphic hardware preferred
