Responsibilities
- Define the AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic product planning for 2026 AI initiatives, focusing on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Orchestrate product strategy across engineering, design, and business development teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- Technical Validation: Partner with research scientists to validate technical feasibility, ensuring that product features are grounded in robust machine learning principles.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging AI trends and competitor landscapes to identify white-space opportunities for innovation.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring compliance with evolving industry standards and data privacy regulations.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts and product roadmaps to executive stakeholders and external partners with clarity and conviction.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management within the AI/ML, SaaS, or Enterprise Software sectors.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of LLMs, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Reinforcement Learning; experience with Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) is highly preferred.
- Strategic Vision: A proven track record of leading high-impact product launches and defining long-term product roadmaps.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and translate them into actionable, scalable technical solutions.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse teams and audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
