Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Create and communicate a clear technical roadmap for AI capabilities, aligning engineering efforts with long-term business goals.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and data infrastructure capable of handling massive data volumes.
- Lead Engineering Excellence: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Research & Integration: Evaluate emerging AI paradigms (e.g., LLMs, multimodal models) and integrate them into our product ecosystem.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture and deployment.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to delivery.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in ambiguous environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
