Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and ethical AI frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen AI solutions with 18-month commercialization horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in AI governance and regulation
- Partner with academic institutions to establish joint research initiatives for post-2025 AI paradigms
- Design scalable architectures for autonomous systems with embedded ethical decision-making
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy with proven experience in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic architectures
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience navigating complex regulatory landscapes for AI deployment
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year technology forecasting initiatives
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) preferred
