Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI innovation strategy aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biointegration)
- Architect predictive models for socio-technical shifts affecting 2026 business landscapes
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive leadership and board members quarterly
- Manage cross-functional innovation pods prototyping next-gen autonomous systems
- Author thought leadership publications on AI ethics and governance frameworks
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and national research labs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurism with 5+ years applied research
- Published work in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML, Nature AI) or equivalent impact
- Expertise in generative adversarial networks and transformer architectures
- Proven track record of translating theoretical AI models into commercial applications
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithm development and probabilistic forecasting
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (EU AI Act, US NIST frameworks)
- Portfolio demonstrating speculative technology roadmaps implemented in production
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and causal inference libraries (DoWhy, Pyro)
