Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futurism with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and causal inference
- Proven track record of scaling AI solutions in enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of AI ethics regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
