You'll work in our state-of-the-art Austin campus, where innovation thrives through cross-functional collaboration with robotics engineers, data scientists, and ethical AI specialists.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 AI strategy roadmap, aligning technological capabilities with market opportunities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging AI paradigms and disruptive technologies
- Develop predictive models for AI adoption impact across industries and consumer segments
- Collaborate with product teams to translate strategic vision into tangible product roadmaps
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring responsible innovation
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force
- Represent the company at global AI summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Futurism, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in AI strategy, technology forecasting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, generative AI, and emerging tech paradigms
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
