Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI-driven innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030 market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI applications (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AGI frameworks)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems and decision-making algorithms
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry thought leadership forums
- Partner with product teams to commercialize futuristic AI solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy, with 5+ years in futurism or exponential tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching AI products that achieved $10M+ ARR
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, and neural architecture design
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research on AI ethics or technology's societal impact
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
