Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 10+ years in quantum machine learning
- Published research in Nature/Science on neural-symbolic integration
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems to 100M+ user bases
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act and global regulatory landscapes
- Experience with quantum computing platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti)
- Portfolio of deployed AI systems with measurable societal impact
