Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to develop ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making
- Partner with governments to establish global AI safety standards for 2026 deployment
- Research and prototype human-AI symbiosis interfaces using brain-computer integration
- Drive adoption of explainable AI in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, defense)
- Keynote global forums on responsible AI evolution and future-proofing strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Systems with 8+ years R&D experience
- Proven track record in developing production-level AI systems (GPT-4 level or equivalent)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing architectures
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics or future-of-work journals (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on 5-year AI transformation strategies
- Certification in AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and quantum circuit design
