Responsibilities
- Design next-generation AI frameworks for predictive modeling and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant algorithms
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 market impact
- Collaborate with NASA and MIT on federally-funded research initiatives
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for global deployment
- Present strategic innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board members
- Drive patent development for proprietary AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in AI/ML development with published research in top-tier journals
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated systems
- Proven track record of shipping production AI systems at scale
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and NISQ-era limitations
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies
