- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding for breakthrough projects

Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML or equivalent breakthrough research portfolio
- Published papers in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- 5+ years scaling AI teams from 0 to 500+ engineers
- Proven track record of shipping industry-disrupting AI products
- Expertise in federated learning and ethical AI frameworks
- Proficiency in forecasting tech adoption curves
