Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 5+ years in quantum computing
- Published 10+ peer-reviewed papers on neural-symbolic AI
- Expertise in federated learning and blockchain consensus protocols
- Proven track record of securing government tech grants
- Deep knowledge of ISO/IEC 42000 AI governance standards
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and Cirq
