As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with quantum computing specialists, neuro-ethicists, and blockchain architects to develop frameworks for responsible AI deployment. You'll lead initiatives at the intersection of AGI development, human-AI symbiosis, and sustainable tech ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026 AI capabilities including generative intelligence and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and neural-symbolic integration
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for next-generation AI deployment
- Partner with product teams to translate future-tech concepts into commercial solutions
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused symposiums
- Establish KPIs for measuring societal impact of emerging technologies
- Mentor researchers in emerging fields like neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, diffusion models, and reinforcement learning
- Proven track record of translating research into commercial products
- Deep understanding of AGI safety, alignment, and ethical implications
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or neuromorphic hardware
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to visualize 5-10 year tech horizons
- Strong communication skills for complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
