Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI applications
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Advocate for sustainable tech practices in product development lifecycle
- Identify emerging tech trends through market research and academic partnerships
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors

Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in tech leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record in developing enterprise-level tech roadmaps
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience with AI ethics frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST guidelines)
- Strong background in sustainable tech innovation
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
