Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architecture for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI models into core product workflows.
- Conduct R&D on emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms, Neuro-computing interfaces).
- Define technical roadmaps and mentor junior architects on best practices for next-gen development.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and Executive leadership to translate business goals into technical reality.
- Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or systems design.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a high-growth environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in distributed systems.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
