Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Proven track record developing AI governance frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Published research on AI ethics or technology policy
