Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional ethics working groups including engineering, legal, and product teams
- Monitor global AI policy developments and translate into actionable organizational guidelines
- Investigate and resolve ethical concerns in deployed AI systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible technology roles
- Expertise in algorithmic fairness, transparency, and accountability frameworks
- Proven experience developing ethical guidelines for large-scale AI systems
- Deep understanding of emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Published work in AI ethics or technology ethics journals preferred
