- Collaborate with policymakers to contribute to emerging AI regulatory standards
- Design educational programs to build ethical AI literacy across the organization
- Conduct predictive risk assessments for next-generation AI applications
- Represent the company at global AI ethics forums and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or responsible technology roles
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven experience translating ethical principles into technical requirements
- Strong background in bias detection and mitigation algorithms
