Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or responsible tech policy
- Proven experience implementing ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Expertise in bias detection and algorithmic fairness techniques
- Exceptional stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences
