- Author industry-leading position papers on AI accountability and transparency
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical guardrails in production systems
- Monitor emerging AI legislation and proactively advise compliance strategies
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and audit methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics governance or responsible tech development
- Deep expertise in IEEE Ethically Aligned Design and EU AI Act frameworks
- Proven experience designing bias mitigation strategies for ML systems
- Strong background in regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership in the field
- Experience with cross-functional AI development lifecycles
