Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance
- Deep understanding of machine learning bias mitigation techniques
- Expertise in global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed research on AI ethics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts

- Portfolio demonstrating practical AI ethics implementations
