- Monitor emerging AI legislation and translate compliance requirements

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, policy development, or regulatory compliance
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and other emerging frameworks
- Proven track record in bias mitigation for ML systems
- Experience with interdisciplinary research methodologies
- Strong technical literacy in AI/ML development pipelines
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI practices preferred
