Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years of AI research experience
- Proven expertise in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics

- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
