Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in bias mitigation and fairness auditing
- Author white papers on AI ethics for regulatory bodies and industry standards
- Design transparent explainability protocols for complex neural networks
- Collaborate with UN and OECD on global AI policy development
- Advise C-suite on ethical implications of AI deployment strategies
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging ethical AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals (Nature AI, Ethics & ML)
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and OECD AI Principles
- Proven track record influencing global AI policy development
- Advanced proficiency in bias auditing tools (Aequitas, IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Experience leading high-stakes AI ethics investigations
- Deep understanding of quantum computing's ethical implications
