Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in auditing algorithmic bias and fairness

Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, machine learning governance, or tech policy
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or algorithmic fairness
- Expertise in bias detection tools and fairness metrics (e.g., AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Strong understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Track record of leading cross-disciplinary research initiatives
