- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development practices
- Partner with legal teams on compliance with upcoming AI regulations
- Lead stakeholder dialogues on societal impact of AI advancements
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance or technical ethics roles
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation
- Experience with adversarial ML testing methodologies
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and US regulatory landscapes
- Strong background in cross-functional stakeholder management
