Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with IEEE 7000 and EU AI Act standards
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for high-stakes AI systems (autonomous vehicles, healthcare diagnostics)
- Lead cross-functional task forces to establish ethical guidelines for generative AI and neural networks
- Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving international AI regulations
- Design transparency protocols for algorithmic decision-making in regulated industries
- Proactively identify ethical risks in quantum-AI integration projects
- Create educational materials for stakeholders on responsible AI deployment
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance, risk management, or tech ethics
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level AI ethics policies
- Strong understanding of bias mitigation techniques in machine learning pipelines
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical, legal, and non-technical domains
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics journals
