Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce AI ethics policies and governance frameworks
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for AI systems
- Advocate for ethical AI design across product development lifecycle
- Stay current on global AI regulations and emerging standards
- Train stakeholders on responsible AI implementation practices
- Lead cross-functional ethics review committees
- Research and publish thought leadership on AI governance trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, data ethics, or compliance roles
- Expertise in AI fairness, transparency, and accountability frameworks
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulations
- Strong analytical skills for bias detection and mitigation
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Experience with ethical AI toolkits (e.g., IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
