Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, risk management, or compliance leadership
- Deep expertise in NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and evolving global regulations
- Proven experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible AI frameworks
- Experience with quantum computing security paradigms
