- Design AI governance policies ensuring transparency, accountability, and user privacy
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in product development and corporate strategy
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and adapt compliance strategies proactively
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of ethical innovation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field with 8+ years' experience
- Proven expertise in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation techniques in machine learning systems
- Experience leading governance initiatives in tech or regulated industries
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published work in AI ethics or related academic/professional journals
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI, CAIG) strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to influence organizational culture and policy
