Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years' experience
- Proven track record in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance
- Deep understanding of machine learning fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or industry contributions to AI ethics discourse
- Experience with international regulatory bodies (OECD, IEEE, WEF)
