Our Austin campus features cutting-edge neuro-interfaces and immersive VR workspaces, where you'll pioneer safeguards for generative AI models and develop real-time bias detection algorithms. This hybrid role offers 3-day remote flexibility with monthly on-site innovation sprints.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for generative AI systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Develop real-time bias mitigation algorithms for autonomous decision engines
- Partner with neuroscientists to validate human-AI alignment protocols
- Advise policymakers on emerging AI regulations and industry standards
- Train AI ethics task forces using VR simulation environments
- Author white papers on responsible AI deployment for 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, AI Governance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years implementing AI ethics frameworks at scale
- Expertise in quantum computing ethics and neuro-interface safety
- Published research on generative AI bias mitigation
- Deep familiarity with EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Experience leading policy advisory boards
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and ethical AI auditing tools
- Public speaking experience at global tech ethics summits
