Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in healthcare and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic bias and fairness across 500+ AI models
- Develop corporate policies for responsible AI development in compliance with 2026 international AI regulations
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to embed ethics into neural network architectures
- Present ethical impact assessments to C-suite and regulatory bodies
- Establish industry standards for transparent AI decision-making processes
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, AI Law, or related field with 5+ years applied AI governance experience
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, US Algorithmic Accountability Act, and emerging 2026 regulations
- Proven track record implementing bias mitigation in production AI systems
- Published research on existential AI safety or value alignment
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Experience with quantum computing ethics frameworks preferred
