Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in 2026
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning models
- Develop compliance strategies for evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Lead stakeholder dialogues on responsible AI adoption with industry partners
- Create audit trails for algorithmic decision-making transparency
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in product development lifecycles
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and quantum computing
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership role
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes
- Experience with NIST RMF, ISO 42001, or similar frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical domains
- Published research or practical experience in AI ethics
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CAG, CEGAI) preferred
