Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI ethical governance frameworks aligned with IEEE 7001 and EU AI Act standards
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for generative AI models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI development lifecycles
- Advise executive leadership on emerging ethical risks and regulatory trends
- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI deployment
- Produce transparency reports for AI systems deployed in regulated sectors
- Train stakeholders on ethical AI practices and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google ML Fairness)
- Strong technical aptitude to understand AI model architectures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
