Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics compliance frameworks aligned with global standards
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for autonomous systems
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical design principles
- Monitor regulatory developments and advise on policy implications
- Lead stakeholder engagements with ethics boards and regulatory bodies
- Design transparency protocols for AI decision-making processes
- Train cross-functional teams on AI ethics best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, AI, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible AI preferred
- Certification in AI ethics or compliance (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM)
